Order & paid for an item on 4th of December - 23rd December & still stating "processing" on tracking page. Have asked them to cancel the order & refund, after 2 days got an email saying they will cancel it "if they can" & will email confirmation"if they can cancel"
Utterly useless - previously reputable website now appears to be little better than a scam.
Who the heck is running this???????????
