Do not buy!! Ordered an item in mid-October. It is now January, and it hasn't even made it through "processing", let alone dispatching or shipping. They got my money, and I have nothing to show for it. Despite weekly status requests, they are unable to provide an update as to when the order might ship (if ever at this point). Terrible customer service and experience.
