Ordered some products for great price. Listed as "ready for dispatch" a week later. Two weeks after that, still not dispatched, asked for a refund as needed as Present (thought three weeks would be sufficient even with Covid as website says only slight delays), said it was in dispatch and couldn't be refunded. Two weeks after that it still hasn't been sent, constant messages ignored, escalated to PayPal and iwoot lied saying I hadn't sent them any messages. Terrible customer services. 6 weeks later no sign of dispatch. Avoid.
