Brought a £700 bike and after 2 days the right pedal fell off and when I phoned them and asked for a exchange or it to be fixed I got told it wasn't there problem and not covered on the warranty! Now I have to buy a new part for £60 and pay £50 to get it fixed this is disgusting never buy from JeJames cycles!
