purchased a orbea bike arrived without a confirmation email and in a make of bike.gears did not work. nobody answers the phone or emails.but eventually offered a refund only after bike was inspected which basically meant if nothing wrong no refund and bike returned and i would probably have to pay return poastage.eventually had bike repaired myself.this is a terrible company with no customer service at all.i was completely disgusted stay well clear of thease people. AVOID AT ALL COST!
