absolute abysmal to deal with - used to be reputable, but now just as bad a hole in the wall company.
Ordered lens worth £1200, kept the money for over a week, then cancelled without any explanation or email - not something expected from a supposedly high street retailer.
I mean really, how bad can you get that half the time your website doesn't even work properly.
