Very disappointed with a recent Photobook purchase. Heads cropped off which was not the case when I uploaded the pictures. Customer 'service' say I should have seen this when ordering but I can honestly say their site is so difficult to use that I did not realise this. Will not be ordering anything more from them and the Fujifilm site they outsource to is excessively expensive.
