I purchased a telescope for my husband the last week in October to put away for Christmas, he felt it would be to difficult to use so contacted them just after Boxing Day to be told Christmas refunds goods have to be purchased from end of November,they were no help what so ever, pointing out that if I scroll through many pages it will show dates for Christmas purchases, all I wanted to to was swap it, it’s a£370 telescope which I haven’t even paid for yet as was on hp, it’s just sitting in my bedroom in a box gathering dust
