Awful. Totally awful. Sent the wrong thing. Have to wate 2 days before it gets picked up by another courier. That means another day spent waiting. They also stated that once they received the wrong item they will send out the correct terms. This has to be the worst customer service I have encountered. Do not order from them. Mickey Mouse company. A total of , what amounts to 4 days wasted waiting for them to sort out their error. If I don’t get the camera on the new agreed date I’m taking it to trading standards
