I ordered a number of photo prints from Jessops , and when they arrived, they were not my photos, instead of family photos I received a group of photos showing young girls in bikinis. I immediately contacted Jessops by email (their phones weren't working) and informed them of their mistake. 5 days later after no contact, I sent my 2nd email, again no response. I have just sent my 5th email to Jessops requesting a refund as I received no response to any of my emails. They have lost a customer for both prints and new photographic equipment I planned to buy shortly. Disgraceful service.
