I ordered on line on June 4th a tripod and some filters and received acknowledgement which said delivery in 1-2 days. I needed these early this week. I have tried the phone, and emails to the numbers Jessops recommended but all responses are either not taking calls, not responding to emails, no acknowledgment they have received them. I am disgusted, as in the past this company has been so helpful. I will not bother to come to Jessops in the future.
