Extremely POOR delivery service and website checkout
First there were issues checking out using PayPal at Jessop's site, which caused a duplicate payment to be submitted.
Once the payment was acknowledged and our order ID J22359676 was accepted the bed experience only ... continued!
It was dispatched via dhl UK and they was marked as "delivered" and signed for by us, however the problem was WE NEVER RECEIVED IT! The tracking (41138190468570 ) shows delivered to a completely different location.
We needed this item for our own wedding ... shame!!!
