I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I sent my 60 year old Kenwood Chef to Bridgewater about 10 days ago requesting a repair to the liquidiser mechanism along with a request for a first-time service. Today, it was returned with a detailed description of the work done. The cost, including a fully covered and tracked provision, was way more than fair. I am delighted.
