Kitbag has terrible customer service. I made an order on their site on April 15th, but I had a problem and decided to cancel it. Since then, I have sent them 2 emails which haven't yet been responded to after hours and days. Any respectable company should have a +1800 number, but Kitbag only have an English one meaning I can't call them while living in Canada. Unless they answer my emails and we find a solution, I am unable to cancel my order or to contact them in any ways.
