Apparent hidden cash on delivery charge.
I purchased online a football shirt (I'm located in Canada). The online invoice listed the shirt cost, shipping and handling charges. No apparent word that I would have to pay about an added 40% to the original price for pick-up as a cash on delivery charge (COD). The sender's address was from within Canada.
I emailed the company customer care department and have not had a response.
