I had a order for an Atletico Madrid Away shirt shipped to nearly Christmas, and it still hasn't arrived since then and the Hermes track status hasn't changed since then!!! Absolutely rubbish, the customer service sounded fake, and I'm awaiting a refund this week, I am hoping to get a refund to put this mess behind me, the site is so bad and unless you have had luck over the deliveries, never under any circumstances use Kitbag, it's such a rubbish site.
