Placed an order on Feb 3, 2022, and up till today March 18, 2022, I still haven't received it. Sent numerous emails to its customers service email address and never received a reply. I had to chase them down in their Facebook and sent my complaint via,Facebook messages. There I finally received a reply. First I was told they could not track the shipment once it left the UK, and asked me check with my local post office. I specifically asked if the Tracking ID number Kitbag provided me in my order confirmation email was the number I should use to check with my local post offic, Kitbag said ye. So I diligently ran to my post office and checked and was told that it was an invalid tracking number. I checked back with Kitbag, then I was provided another reference number for checking with my post office again. I was pretty frustrated but I ran back to the post office again and checked again, still the post office told me there was no records of such number. I could not believe Kitbag can be so reckless with customers orders, and use some carriers service that there is no way of tracking the shipment status. At the end, it is all hassel and agony for me to have to deal with locating the shipment that never come. I told Kitbag to refund me in full and told it that I would never order anything from such a fraud like Kitbag ever. It basically ruined my son's birthday as the purchase was supposed to be a birthday gift for him. I wish I had read the reviews here first, then.I would never had placed my order from it. Lesson learnt. Not worthy.
