Very disappointed with my first time using this company. I orderd a shirt that said would arrive in 2-4 business days. When the order was complete online it then quoted an arrival date of 8 days. I went on live chat and politely explained that if I couldn't get the item within 4 days I would cancel the order. They just responded with we have cancelled your order as per your request, no apology, nowt! They did say however that had I paid £6.95 more I could have had it next day, oh why didn't I do that? Oh yeah, because the website said 2-4 days... Let's hope my refund actually appears now. Won't use you again.
