I am at fault ordered the wrong size shirt for my grandson looked at order via email immediately realised mistake.
I have emailed cust services numerous times spoke to agents via phone Maxine was outstanding previous girl unfortunately no name was abysmal.
Promised an email still not received very sad such a bad service.
