Chris is rude and arrogant. Very poor customer service skills. I picked up these characteristics as soon as our phone conversation started- which took a few attempts to get in touch!
I have an anxiety condition which makes me very fussy by nature (something I can’t help). But other retailers have accommodated and helped out with this on many occasions.
He simply did not have the time to help and refunded my order.
I’m not surprised that their star rating is so low. Do us a favour and get out of retail.
