If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid for next day delivery, 2 items were dispatched 6 days later the other still no dispatched. Paid to use DPD and they used Evri. Long story short the Evri driver claimed to deliver the items to a neighbour without photo evidence of the neighbour accepting these. Neighbour says they did not get them. After 8 back and forth messages with some pretty daft members of staff, Bobby, Jordan etc. The penny finally dropped and they realised I DID NOT have the items and agreed a refund or replacement. Since 18th July they just ignore any follow up emails. I have initiated payment recalls with my bank. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. One of the worst companies for any sports related items.
