First l was charged a handling charge , and then an outrages delivery charge , on having to return the item another £5.95 postage and l now discover another £7 .46 on my phone bill for ringing their customer services . THIS COMPANY IS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST ONLINE ORGANISATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH . DO NOT USE THEM , THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED .
