Order #: 107-4892-9899 Not Received
The promised delivery dates on 7 & 10 Aug 2020 for my 2 items have long passed. It's been more than a month. To date, Kitbag has continued to refuse to reply to any of my multiple email inquiries. There is no sign of any of my 2 purchased items, as well as a total refusal by Kitbag to respond to me. This is the absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life from any online retailer!
