I paid for a teeshirt in time for Christmas it states it has been delivered to the shop I asked. No such item has been delivered. Been to the shop several times. I have emailed Lacoste over 5 times this is a joke they have taken my money and not provided the goods not good at all. I am requesting a full refund to my bank
