I ordered to 2 hats from lacoste that ended up being stolen from the box when it arrived. The box was taped up from the bottom when it arrived and when I opened it the hats were gone. Nothing left, but the plastic bags they were in with one store tag left. Lacoste said that there was nothing they could do about it. Poor customer service and a way to treat a returning customer.
