ordered 2 different sets of lights online as wanted to see which style of light I preferred for my porch. when I came to return I thought I'd go into the shop to be told if its an online order they don't want anything to do with it and had to ring the customer service number. I rang the customer service line to be told I'd have to email requesting my refund with the order number. What's the point in having a telephone number if someone doesn't answer your question on the telephone? When I received an email they said I was out of the 14 day refund policy and I couldn't return. I mean which retailer these days has a 14 day refund policy? I thought they would allow atleast 28 days I am very disappointed and will definitely not be using this company again. I don't not recommend
