Terrible terrible return policy. Be aware. If you don't like the mattress and want to exchange it, you will be stuck with it for 30 days. You literally cannot return it for 30 days - unless at your own cost. They are based in Yorkshire and as everyone knows, its expensive to ship such a big item at your own cost. Hate the mattress i got and after calling customer service I got off the phone and cried at the thought that I am trapped sleeping on a mattress I hate for a month, or pay hundreds of pounds to return it.
