I bought a mattress (12/02/2019) and did not like the firmness.
Did not open it and did not use it. Asked for a refund
I was told to pay for the return (understandable), however I was also told for pay for the initial deliver (£42 - extra) what??
initial delivery was actually stated as ''free''
I felt deceived and this could be against consumer law
''Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
The trader must reimburse any payment for delivery received from the consumer, unless the consumer expressly chose a kind of delivery costing more than the least expensive common and generally acceptable kind of delivery offered by the trader''
