I am a landlord that needs mattresses at fairly short notice. Not for the first time has this company failed to deliver on the date promised causing me to have to source a mattress from elsewhere. Having cancelled my order, some three weeks later I am still chasing them to get my money back. From a customer service perspective this lot are about as bad as it gets. Avoid.
