Bought a premium (very expensive) mattress. Delivery all fine. Just before delivery guys left, they removed the mattress plastic wrap and the room began to stink of cigarette smoke, I foolishly thought the smell was from the guys but, weeks later and despite much airing, my mattress still pongs. Really regret buying from mattressonline.
