What Ignacio Guerra Fernandez says below is spot-on...and mirrors my problem exactly.
Their 14 day guarantee is worthless.
They have just relieved me of £423 I cannot afford.
The only good thing about them is that they have two very pleasant delivery men from Leeds.
I am gutted...pity they cannot call the Fraud Squad in.
