I tried to return the mattress, I had tried the mattress with a mattress protector on it they would not accept the return.
There excuse was it had been opened.
SO you cant try the mattress which sounds stupid
I have osteoarthritis and the mattress did not suit me, they would not exchange or accept return
Read the small print, this is a shocking company
