You can always tell how good a company is by how they rectify their mistakes. Unfortunately I had the wrong item dispatched, as soon as I notified them a new delviery day was organsied on a day that suited me. MattressOnline were very apologetic, speedy and proffesional in their approach to fixing the error. I would have no issues at all ordering again from them. Oh and the mattress itself is out of this world.
