I went to Medicash as their alternative and complementary cover looked good compared to other insurers. However,Medicash's customer service is disgraceful.The wording for claims and what is covered in their policy leaflet is deliberately vague and they will find whatever ridiculous excuse they can not to pay claims.They take an excessive amount of time to respond to emails and do not return calls.If I could give them zero stars I would have done! Don't use them unless you have no intention of ever claiming !!
