Dreadful company!!!!
I ordered an anniversary gift and it stated you could add your own personalised message for gifts.
I added my personalised message and it didn't come with the gift. I attached my order to customer support, and they accepted they didn't send it but refused to do anything about it.
I asked them to send the message to my address but they said NO stating it was a free service anyway.
What a disgusting attitude and dreadful customer service.
