I ordered 2 items two weeks before Christmas, one arrived and the other didn't and still hasn't. I wrote 4 emails to customer service without a single response from them.
In the end I submitted another query and was eventually contacted by another member of the customer service team who sent me a generic and useless reply and offered no help. Still awaiting someone to help? Undoubtedly the worst customer service experience I've ever had - highly recommend never purchasing from here online again.
