While I have liked their products in the past, the supposed "free samples" appear to be a scam. I placed an order, selected my free samples, and checked out - where there was no mention of my free samples. I immediately sent an email, and have been met with a number of different poor excuses and pushes to try to get me to purchase more products. Terrible customer service, and will certainly be looking elsewhere from now on.
