Ordered a bass guitar from musicroom. UPS lost it. Not musicrooms fault but I waited and waited (long after I needed it) and as soon as UPS themselves classed it as lost I expected an immediate refund from Musicroom. But no. Musicroom refused to refund me. Despite UPS classing it as well and truly lost and gone. I asked several times to musicroom that they need to refund me my money back from them for an item they have not delivered or I would ever get. And it was dragging on and I needed the funds to source a guitar elsewhere now. But no still would not refund me. I had to get a refund through Amazon which was paid straight away. Shameful customer care. Happy to take your money quick enough but not happy to give it back when due.
