Online order for a cap (08/05/21) with delivery of 6 to 8 days, 08/06/21 (31 days later) and still waiting. Countless Emails chasing this and all I get back is some rubbish auto response "we've had some problems" Then they told me 5 days ago that the item had been shipped....I work for the carrier that will make the delivery and at the time of writing this review I can assure you we've still not received it. Charged £6.50 for delivery taken at the same time as I placed and paid for the order. Shockingly abysmal customer service, I wont be back.
