Non delivery of ordered item. Waited in excess of 15 working days. Another has apparently been dispatched without tracking, as they don't offer tracking!!
Response was always 'please hold tight another few days'. Got bored with that response. Not good enough. I really hope that my item arrives this time round within the right delivery time frame they indicate (5-7 working days.) personally I would not use their service again.
