I wish that I had looked for reviews before ordering from them. I got complacent with my web orders and I got used to getting things delivered correctly and on time. I order a case as a gift, 2 weeks no packet - customer service promptly sends a second mask with no indication of what happened to the first one. After 2 more weeks, both arrive together on the same day! I inform them and then they request me to send one back - they are not in the wrong but it is a lot of work for a small value item after 1 month of waiting.... The main problem after a month of waiting is that they got me the case for the wrong phone model... So a lot of my time and effort and waiting was wasted, not even getting the correct case 1 month from order.
