I ordered an Artfone CS181 phone from MyTrendyPhone.ro on 10-10-2022 08:32 for my mother. After a few days of use, she is totally disappointed, and wants to give up this phone. The reasons are the following; the battery lasts very little (after two daily calls of approx. 15-20 min, the battery is completely discharged), and during conversations, the interlocutor's voice is very difficult to hear. So far, nothing special. However, the problems started after I returned the product, on 18.10.2022. After repeated requests for the return of the money, I was told that the product was not received back, and later (after I sent the proof of return confirmation), I was told that the product was sent to Denmark for examination, and only after returns to the country, I will receive an email for the return of the money. Almost a month has passed, and I still haven't recovered the money... It's a sad experience, which I hope I'll never have again. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
