We ordered and returned products over 3 weeks ago and when requesting an update on our refund, I was given no additional information and I was told to be patient.
This service is completely unhelpful as they offer no call support and the support provided over chat and email is utterly useless and rude.
I will not be using this service again and I would not recommend it.
