Terrible service and terrible customer service. Ordered a phone cover over 2 weeks ago. Never received it. Was told to wait but never arrived. Was offer a refund after it failed to arrived a second time. Same story, didn’t get a refund. Customer service tel line is completely closed. Alis Jacobs (customer service representative) is a waste of space as she will walk away rather than fix an easy issue. My trendy phone let me down on every level. Cheap price but even cheaper service. To avoid as previous reviews are as bad!
