Same problems as other customers. Bought 16.4 ft outdoor Christmas Tree lightshow. It took one month to arrive and all I got was a small box of very fragile string lights. Tried to return and got email advising me to regift it. Offered me 10 percent off next purchase and 8 percent refund. Also stated not to return product without their authorization.
