Worst company ever to deal with. If you send anything back, make sure you use a service that is tracked and signed for. They claimed my return never arrived with them despite being signed for by 'THG', the parent company that owns them and the warehouse. They only paid up when I disputed the payment. I sent my credit card company all the proof, then MyBag paid up. Personally I would shop elsewhere
