Absolutely horrific! AWFUL!!!!
I have provided proof on several occasions that the bag I purchased was sent back and was Infact received by their depot.
This was sent back over 4 weeks and I still keep getting ‘the warehouse hasn’t received this’ which after reading all the other reviews I now see this is an excuse.
They will do anything possible to avoid refunding you.
