In short... contacted mytryres before ordering, told delivery 4-5 days, explained that I am a cancer patient and needed the 4 x tyres for daily treatment. All the yes Sirs, no Sirs "we can do that"
endless emails to a useless customer service team, telephone call to Germany... still useless, got Paypal involved, mytyres sent email saying delay in Germany but DHL tracking stated passed customs?? 3 weeks later Paypal awarded refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! As if I needed all this with Cancer!! USELESS!!
