Ordered Avon r16 snow tires with 3 day delivery, turns out my tires actually isn't a UK company and tires got stuck in customs, two weeks later and they delivered Hankook r17, asked for proof which I provided and then wouldn't respond - had to go through PayPal for a refund. Stay away!
