I ordered 2 tyres ,arrived new and labelled as described.My negative comment is that an 8 day delivery took 4 weeks from Germany After that additional 2 days for DPD .I’ve try to contact them first by email,no one replied.!
I do understand that with Brexit customs clearance takes a long time but 4 weeks .!!! Shocking
